In this 90 minute yoga workshop, Joni will guide you through a practice designed to ease you into the seasonal changes between Spring and Summer.
Here in Maine, Summer is short, so let’s make this transition with attention to your body while focusing on what lies within. We’ll mindfully link breath with movement adding space for meditation, reflection, and stillness. Closing our practice with an extended Savasana, cooling imagery connects us to the present moment.
Refreshing hydration, light, airy music with a rhythmical hook, and summer scents allow us to feel the seasonal shifts before us.

Joni comes to Springboard with a strong background in fitness teaching Yoga, Barre, Strength Training, and individual Personal Training.
When she's not managing the Springboard office, Joni switches hats to her role as a pilates teacher trainee at Springboard. She’s currently a student of The Pilates Center’s Intermediate Program, under Ash, Cathryn, and Meredith’s mentorship.
