One-on-one lessons are the most effective way to learn the method and to see measurable improvement over a shorter amount of time.
Since levels and objectives are different for everyone in a group class, private lessons give you and your teacher plenty of time and space to work at your unique pace.
You’ll receive undivided attention from our highly trained instructors to understand the work on a deeper level, address your specific goals, and make the most of your time in the studio.
We recommend doing Pilates 3 to 4 times per week.
