Your pelvic floor muscles are the foundation of your core. If they don’t move well, neither will your other core muscles.

Come learn how to feel and engage your pelvic floor in the classical exercises to reduce back pain, improve continence, and put turbo thrusters on your progress!

Meet Your Workshop Instructor

Ash thinks of Pilates as “Psychoanalysis for your body.” She loves how deeply the method lets us notice and learn our bodies –patterns, strengths, imbalances, how we hold tension – enabling real physical and psychological change.

She loves training new instructors as a Host Advisor for The Pilates Center (TPC) teacher training program, and traveling to teach and learn at studios around the world.

Ash left her job as an intellectual property attorney to follow her passion for learning and sharing the Pilates Method, first acquiring a diploma through Core Pilates NYC in Union Square.

After close to two decades of practice, she is still waiting to get bored during a workout.
