In this beginner-friendly session, you’ll learn how this fusion offers the  best of both practices in a single session. If you love it, Joni’s added a Pilates/Yoga Fusion weekly group class to the schedule on Mondays at 7am!

No experience is necessary and there will be plenty of time for questions and exploration.
